Shack is Back

Bryan Gunn completed the loan signing of Jason Shackell today. He returns to the club he left just six months ago after coming through City’s academy and played 119 senior games. Since his £1M switch to Wolves in July, Shackell has made just three starts and 9 substitute appearances, one of those being in goal!
The 25 year old centre half bumped into Gunny at Molineux last week and explained how things weren’t working out there for him. With the loan transfer window opening today Gunn moved quickly to secure his services until the end of the season. Rumours that Dickson Etuhu, Dean Ashton and Danny Crow are also returning to the club are unfounded. Although, Kevin Keelan (above circa 1908) has made himself available. Apparently…
