Team vs Doncaster
By: David | January 30th, 2009
Since I pointed out that Doncaster were joint worst scorers’ in all leagues, they’ve gone on a four game winning streak. Doh! In fact the other two teams who were joint with them, WBA and Hereford Utd scored 3 and 5 goals respectively in their following game. Maybe I’ll stick to pointing out our shortcomings in future…
Both teams are on the same points going into tonights game so a massive performance is required from our boys. We have the worst away record in the league so going to Wolves on Tuesday isn’t going to be easy especially if we don’t pick up points and boost morale tonight.
It’s a cold night and the pitch looks sparse of grass in places, which will probably cut up pretty soon into the match, so a passing game may prove a little trickier than at home on the lush Carrow Road pitch.
Neil Warnock’s new best friend, Michael Oliver, is the referee.
