Newcastle raided again…

Glenn Roeder “raided” his old team Newcastle again today in the form of a loan signing. Hoorah! Matthew Pattison, a product (ok, only in part) of the Roeder youth-team setup at Newcastle United joins Norwich on-loan until the 1st January. Roeder said about the midfielder that he was ‘the best player’ from the youth team at Newcaste to break into the first team, and that he ‘wasn’t disappointed’ when he offered him 12 first team appearances.
Let’s hope that wasn’t just spin about a reign that refused to blossom in its latter stages and that Pattison really will spark up something in the midfield around the tireless Darel Russell.
