Was the reason that Norwich City’s players were gagged from talking to the press over the last week due to reports that Bryan Gunn and Ian Butterworth traded punches on the training ground while in Devon? The Club announced Paul Lambert as their new manager this morning following his resignation from Colchester United last night. The Champions League winner has signed a 12 month rolling contract with his brief a simple one; promotion back to the Championship this season.

Is the next manager at laughing stock fc to be Lawrie Sanchez following his excellent record with teams in the doldrums with lower league Wycombe, and Northern Ireland. The obvious link that he has a Fulham connection with our new Chief Executive David McNally puts Sanchez firmly in the frame I think.
